This position will perform a variety of services supporting our Green Bay Operations reporting directly to the VP of Manufacturing.

This is an ideal role for a self-starter who thrives working in a collaborative environment with excellent customer focus and well-developed interpersonal skills.

A successful candidate requires high initiative, strong communication skills and ownership of responsibilities.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role, and you must be a self-directed problem solver who is able to multitask with a bias for action.

It requires excellent customer focus, attention to detail / organization, computer skills and the ability to work with employees at all levels throughout the organization.

The Green Bay Broadway Mill manufactures and distributes leading commercial and retail brands of paper products (bath tissue, napkins, and towels).

What You Will Do In Your Role


* Managing and compiling data to create presentations


* File and track compliance training and documentation to include Safety, Environmental, HR, record disposition, and invoices


* Support opportunities for communications, both internal and external


* Identify value creation and waste elimination opportunities


* Manage calendar, meetings and travel for Vice President and assist other senior team leaders while maintaining confidentiality


* Manage invoices/contracts in a timely manner.

Reconcile P-card statement each month


* Manage meeting logistics, including venue, attendees, refreshments and other needs and coordinate schedules for meeting room reservations


* Serve as a liaison for employees and Vice President


* Order office supplies for the Vice President and senior team leaders as needed



* Plan, organize and conduct events such as employee product distributions, Senior Leadership Team on-site/off-site events and Town Hall meetings

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:


* Two or more years' experience working in an administrative support role


* Experience creating, managing, and updating content using Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365)


* Ability to effectively communicate


* Ability to maintain confidentiality


* Experience with SharePoint administration and/or Microsoft TEAMS
