Key Responsibilities:


* Provide patient-centered occupational therapy services, focusing on sensory integration techniques.


* Evaluate patients' sensory processing abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care for residents with sensory and cognitive needs.


* Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.


* Educate and support families and caregivers on techniques to promote continued improvement.

Qualifications:


* Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of California.


* Experience or interest in sensory integration therapy.


* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


* Ability to work effectively within a team and demonstrate leadership in patient care.


* Compassionate, patient-focused, and driven to help others.
