Key Responsibilities:


* Assist Physical Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans


* Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation activities


* Monitor patient progress and communicate with the care team


* Ensure accurate documentation of treatment and patient outcomes


* Help patients reach their recovery goals and improve daily living skills

Qualifications:


* Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in California


* Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility preferred, but new graduates are welcome


* Compassionate, patient-centered care approach


* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
