Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings and possess a strong passion for providing high-quality patient care.

Duties
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to the medical team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families

Requirements
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Prior experience in Skilled Nursing Facility care and long-term care is preferred
- Proficiency in IV insertion and Point Click Care electronic health record system is a plus
- Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
- Ability to travel for assignments if required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
