Lakewood Post Acute & Rehabilitation is looking to expand their team with Registered Nurses - RNs!

Shift: Weekend days- 6am-6pm, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

We have 12 Hour Day and Night Shifts Available!

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice


* Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physicians



* Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients



* Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients' charts

Req uirements:


* Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in Colorado


* CPR certification


* Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check


* COVID vaccine required or valid exemption
