As an HR Specialty Service Manager, you'll support the backend operations for our global Talent Acquisition team.
Your role will involve streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and improve the experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
You'll ensure compliance with firm guidelines and analyze monitoring results to identify and implement global solutions.

Manage an Ops team of 8 Recruiting Coordinators supporting Exec candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
Supervise daily activities, develop team, drive risk management, ensure performance via scorecards, and handle change/project management for global recruiting.
Job responsibilities
* Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to team members, including coaching, counseling, motivating, and mentoring.
* Foster partnerships and relationships with stakeholders involved in daily processes.
* Identify areas for improvement, recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency, and implement effective changes.
* Participate strategically and tactically with cross-functional teams and projects impacting team processes and procedures.
* Consult with executive business partners to clarify, define, and document project objectives, deliverables, and identify key stakeholders and participants.
* Drive engagement with global business partners to ensure compliance with policies, standards, and obtain necessary approvals.
* Develop and refine detailed project plans, document key milestones, owners, and target dates, and highlight dependencies for full transparency.
* Create effective presentations and project update materials for stakeholders, business partners, and project participants, detailing progress and recommendations.
* Identify, document, organize, and manage project risks/issues, resolving and escalating as needed, and communicate effectively.
* Distribute meeting summaries and action lists, holding individuals accountable for completion.
