Senior Finance Manager

Molex is seeking a high performing finance business partner to collaborate with the Digital, Global Product Development (GPD), and Corporate Finance teams to provide financial stewardship for key bets and our overall corporate strategies.

This role will help drive outcomes by providing financial insights with respect to the overall costs and benefits of our key projects and related activities required to run & maintain the organization.

This position will report to the Sr.

Director of Finance.

What You Will Do



* Supervisory responsibilities for a Lisle-based team including a senior financial analyst and finance manager


* Own annual and monthly Digital and Finance forecasting process, including the allocation of costs to our divisions


* Collaborate with members of respective lead teams to support strategic decision making by developing financial, sensitivity, and cost/benefit analyses, and reviewing business scenarios and alternatives


* Own financial modeling and scenario analysis for Digital, GPD, and Corporate Finance related projects


* Perform variance and trend analyses of expenses, including preparing high level summary reporting for management.


* Understand and track projects, providing financial insights to leadership as projects progress


* Manage monthly reporting packages to members of senior leadership team


* Support Lead teams with various ad hoc requests


* Develop, track and report KPIs


* Participate in solution development, operating model and vision strategies

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Positive thinking, can-do attitude, initiative, and ability to see the whole picture and integrate multiple points of view


* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics


* 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably at a large, global organization


* Strong communication skills, including the ability and willingness to communicate effectively with senior management


* Experience developing business presentations and related supporting documents Exceptional knowledge of Excel, including advance functions.


* Highly motivated with high ownership of work product.

* Team player with positive attitude.
