Selected interns are assigned based on their field of study and interests within our company.

These interns gain hands-on experience by completing challenging projects that apply their field of study to real world applications in manufacturing.

Project(s): Projects are planned based on anticipated departmental needs but may be altered based on business needs or selected intern's skills or interests.

The intern will assist in preventative and routine maintenance tasks and projects throughout TWB Monroe.

Work Environment: Intern should be prepared to spend most of their time working on the plant floor.

Appropriate safety training and PPE will be provided.

Basic Qualifications:


* Major in Electrical Maintenance or Electrical Engineering in an accredited college or trade school


* Completion of second year of curriculum by summer of 2025


* Proficient in using computers

and critical thinking


* Interest in Manufacturing

Preferred Qualifications:


* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

must be able to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
