HR Generalist cum GM Assistant - Cambodia



* Maintain and deliver daily HR operational activities for SE Cambodia including HR Systems, Payroll, Onboarding/Offboarding, Training Logistics and Immigration Process, etc.


* Collaborate with Cluster HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT, various internal stakeholders and external vendors/suppliers as well to improve the effectiveness of HRS activities, Facility/IT related activities and employees' experience.


* Take main responsibility for data quality and all HR/Facility/IT related reports in SE Cambodia.


* Key contact for new hires onboarding program and support training logistics for training activities for all employees.


* Support/Lead HR projects in SE Cambodia.


* Be the main contact point and lead the activities to improve SE's Employee Branding including CSR activities in Cambodia.


* Responsible for providing Country General Manager with professional administrative support, which requires broad and comprehensive experience, skill, and knowledge of the organization's policies and practices in his/her efforts to reach his/her targets and deliver on his/her country strategic goals.

Qualifications



* University Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Social Humanity, Economy, Psychology, and/or English Language


* At least 4~5 years working experience in payroll, HR systems and HR generalist preferred


* Good communication skills, especially in collaborating, influencing, interviewing, and negotiating (in both Khmer and English)


* High level of confidentiality, integrity and business ethic


* Excellent organization and time management skills


* Positive leadership and teamwork sprit


* Understanding of the industry and knowledgeable on local market labor and equal employment opportunity (EEO) in recruitment


* Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines


* Good computer literacy, especially in MS Word, Excle, Power Point and Adobe Acrobat, and internet
