Demand Planning Lead is overseeing the Demand Planning Management process in the Country and leading the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Process.

You will also develop and execute the Demand Plan to meet sales and operational objectives to supports key growth inside each business.

Additionally, you will independently manage stakeholders from different teams and interact with senior executives.

This position is crucial for achieving supply chain objectives and business growth at the same time.

Job description:


* Animate the regional monthly collaborative sales forecast process for Country Selected full transactional business scope.


* Require building the consensus with key business owners with each Business Unit/Product line in charge about future demand outlook, lead the monthly sales planning, identify key challenges, and facilitate discussions for solutions with key business owners and senior leaders.


* Supporting Distribution Requirement Planning Process(DRP) with country Supply planner to ensure all the basic parameters like forecast, unhealthy stock, excess, obsolescence Inventory Management must be maintained correctly inside Kinaxis & SAP system.


* Lead & Work together with Logistic Analyst by Weekly related revenue risk with the support from Operation Interlock Process (Backlog analysis & Forecast Analysis)


* Support the inventory planning, stocking policy & safety stock management in term of forecasting perspective & do Co-Planning with key customer
