Account Based Marketing Specialist

Role mission

The Account-Based Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns for platformed accounts.

This individual will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop personalized content and marketing activities, utilizing marketing automation and CRM platforms to orchestrate and monitor campaigns.

The ABM specialist will also be responsible for analyzing the results of the campaigns and developing action plans to deliver continued performance.

The candidate should be a digital native marketer, creative and adept at driving omni-media campaigns.

They should also foster an analytical, high-performance culture based on a deep understanding of user behavior and the ability to leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaign conversions.

In addition to functional expertise, this individual should have a sales mindset, focused on developing highly qualified leads and opportunities to bring to the sales organization.

Main responsibilities

• Develop and execute ABM strategies to drive engagement and revenue growth within targeted accounts.

• Utilize marketing automation and CRM platforms to orchestrate and monitor ABM campaigns, ensuring seamless integration with sales efforts.

Implement personalized campaigns across multiple touchpoints, including creating emails in SFMC, web personalization, and social selling.

• Create compelling and targeted content, including personalized messaging, for use in ABM campaigns, leveraging AI to personalize based on account and persona.

• Develop behavior insights by leveraging internal and 3rd-party data resources to monitor account insights and enhance campaign effectiveness.

• Implement personalized campaigns across multiple touchpoints, including creating emails in SFMC, web personalization with builder.io, and social selling.

• Drive lead qualification and opportunity conversion, providing account owner lead details and monitoring follow-up.

• Analyze performance to refine strategies for maximum ROI and provide business reviews.

Skills with proficiency level and experience

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related field.

• May have sales experience or the desire to work in a sales-driven environment.

• Have at least 4-6 years of experience with a proven track record of delivering strong digital marketing performance.

• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders.
