POSITION SUMMARY
The Warehouse Manager at Fluid Control Specialties, LLC.
is integral to our overall business model in how we serve both our internal and external customers with the highest level of professionalism. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse operations.
This includes overseeing inventory control, order fulfillment, product shipments/logistics, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of the warehouse team.
The Warehouse Manager will ensure that inventory is accurately tracked and that products are delivered on time.
This is a hands-on management role requiring strong leadership, organizational skills, and expertise in industrial equipment logistics.
KEY DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
* Maintain efficient workflows within the warehouse, optimizing storage/flow, proper organization of supplies and equipment, proper handling and retrieval of goods.
* Inventory Control & Management: Maintain accurate inventory records using Global Shop ERP software.
* Perform regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation of physical inventory to digital records.
* Monitor stock levels, forecast inventory needs based on sales orders and customer demand, and collaborate with leadership to replenish stock as needed.
* Ensure that products are properly labeled, stored, and sorted based on type, size, and customer requirements.
* Shipping & Receiving: Oversee all aspects of the shipping and receiving process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
* Manage inbound deliveries and ensure that products are received, inspected, and properly logged into inventory.
* Coordinate outbound shipments, ensuring that products are packaged securely and shipped in accordance with customer specifications and delivery schedules.
* Team Leadership & Staff Management: Lead, supervise, and train a team of warehouse associates, ensuring they are equipped to perform their tasks effectively and safely.
