Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw) – Hybrid - two days in the office and the remaining time from home (First four weeks will be full time office-based Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00)

Starting salary £23,464 pa pro rata, plus Brilliant Benefits including Health Cash Plan! 

Please note, the starting date for these positions will be Late January / Early February 2025

* You’re a positive, confident & enthusiastic communicator with the ability to handle objections.


* You’re resilient when faced with a challenge or when things don’t go to plan.

Can you remain calm dealing with some distressing calls from customers who are relying on your help?


* You follow process when it’s important but can also think on your feet.

We want a win-win for both our customer and the business.


* You care about our customers and give every customer the brilliant experience they deserve.


* You have strong customer service skills and excellent verbal and written language abilities.

As well as calls our customers use email, Live Chat and social media to contact us.

* You’re comfortable leading the conversation and finding the right outcome for our customers.
