* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferably in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Mathematics, or Science


* Minimum of 10 years of experience leading manufacturing process improvement, including deploying Process Management and Statistical Methods in a user-friendly manner to manufacturing operation personnel


* Strong math and statistical capability


* AS9100 experience


* Must be able to meet travel requirement


* Superior verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external personnel at all levels of the organization


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Six Sigma blackbelt or CQE is preferred

Howmet Engine Systems (HES) seeks a highly qualified Director of Quality.

They will be responsible for all aspects of Quality for multiple manufacturing facilities, including systems (Management System) and results (delivered quality measured in ppm and financial impact) through ensuring appropriate and functioning system of checks and balances that facilitate operations.
