Scrum Master, Data Analytics

Your Role


* Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint review to ensure the team remains aligned and productive


* Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and understood by the team


* Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow


* Work closely with other Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and stakeholders to align on Agile processes and ensure consistency across the organization


* Use data-driven insights to track and enhance team performance, implementing changes as necessary to improve velocity and quality


* Foster a collaborative and open environment where all team members feel valued and empowered to contribute

Your Skills


* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban


* Proven facilitation skills and the ability to ask thought-provoking questions that help a team pinpoint their challenges and solutions


* Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and bridging the gap between each


* Well-versed in project management software (e.g., Jira)

Your Profile


* 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master


* Proven experience in leading and coaching teams in an Agile environment


* Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously


* Advocate for Agile principles with the ability to inspire and drive change within teams and the broader organization


* Passionate about continuous improvement and driven to help teams reach their full potential
