Full-Time LVN Charge Nurse at Redwood Cove Healthcare Center
Location: Ukiah, CA
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Sign-On Bonus: $2,500

Redwood Cove Healthcare Center is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate LVN Charge Nurse to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:


* Oversee and manage nursing staff during assigned shift


* Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed


* Coordinate resident care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation


* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:


* Active California LVN license


* Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility preferred


* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills


* Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks


* Compassionate, detail-oriented, and resident-focused
