Resident Care Manager

Wage Range: $45-$55 per hour

Key Responsibilities:


* Resident Care: Develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor residents' health, and coordinate medical services.


* Staff Management: Supervise and support nursing staff, conduct training sessions, and ensure adequate staffing levels.


* Compliance: Ensure facility adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations, and maintain accurate records.


* Family Communication: Act as a liaison between residents, their families, and healthcare providers to ensure clear and compassionate communication.

Qualifications:


* Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; RN license preferred.


* Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within a skilled nursing facility.


* Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
