 We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse and Registered Nurse to join our team and provide home health care services to our pediatric patients at school.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring vital signs, providing education and support to families, and assisting with school-related health needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in pediatric home health care and a passion for helping others.

 Responsibilities:

 

* Monitor and document patient's health status.



* Provide patient education and counseling.



* Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.



* Perform basic medical procedures such as administering injections and taking vital signs.



* Administer medications as prescribed by a physician.



* Assist with wound care, catheter care, and other treatments.



* Provide home health services to pediatric patients at school and during transportation to and from school.

 

*RN or LPN Job responsibilities include:

* Provide quality-based skilled, direct care nursing services.



* Assess patients and provide primary nursing care



* Administer prescribed medication



* Provide treatments and therapies according to patient's care plan
