Requirements of the Medical Assistant:


* One full year of experience within the last 3 years (names and dates of employment must be provided)


* Current BLS - Healthcare Provider Certification (we cannot accept online courses)


* Physical within the last 6 months that states you are "free from" or "without evidence" of communicable diseases


* Current PPD or Chest X-ray


* 2 professional references (RN's or LPN's that you have worked with before)


* Criminal history report with no activity listed (we will obtain at no cost to you)


* Additional credentials may be required upon hire or per contract
