Whitney Oaks Care Center is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dedicated therapy team.

Position Highlights:

* Resident Care: Assist the Occupational Therapist with implementing individualized therapy plans to promote recovery, mobility, and independence.


* Documentation: Accurately document resident progress and maintain therapy records to ensure the best possible care.


* Team Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver well-rounded, compassionate care.

Qualifications:


* COTA Certification: Must hold a current COTA certification in California.


* Passion for Geriatric Care: Experience with elderly or skilled nursing residents preferred.


* Positive Attitude: Team-oriented and motivated to make a difference.
