The Opportunity


* Seeking Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center physician assistants and nurse practitioners.


* One year or more experience in Emergency Department as an APP required.


* Current national certification and DEA are required.


* Current NY state license is a plus.

The Practice

Westchester Medical Center - Valhalla, New York


* 415-bed academic hospital and one of three hospitals located on WMCHealth's Westchester County, NY campus.


* A primary referral facility for other hospitals and a long-term affiliation with New York Medical College.


* The only Level I Adult and Pediatric Trauma Center for the Hudson Valley Region, a Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center, and 24-hour MedEvac transport.


* Services offered include advanced imaging, pediatric services, emergency medicine, surgery, psychiatry, neurology, transplant services, and more.


* This facility has been recognized for America's 50 Best Hospitals for Cardiac Surgery Award and the Bariatric Surgery Excellence Award by Healthgrades.
