Whitney Oaks Care Center is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Rehabilitation to lead our rehabilitation team.

Key Responsibilities:


* Oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department, including physical, occupational, and speech therapies


* Ensure high-quality care and positive patient outcomes through effective leadership and program development


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized treatment plans


* Manage and mentor rehabilitation staff, promoting professional growth and teamwork


* Monitor department financials, ensuring fiscal responsibility and successful outcomes

Qualifications:


* Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in CA


* Proven leadership experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting


* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills


* Passion for patient care and success-driven outcomes
