Key Responsibilities:


* Oversee and manage all nursing services to ensure the highest standards of resident care.


* Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to achieve team goals.


* Collaborate with facility leadership to implement and maintain care plans in compliance with regulations.


* Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care and staff activities.

Qualifications:


* Active unencumbered RN license to practice in the state of SC


* Previous experience in a nursing leadership role in a post-acute or long-term care setting.


* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
