Fleetwood Post Acute is a 103-bed skilled nursing facility located in Easley, South Carolina, and just 15 minutes from the Greenville metro.

* Ability to pick up hours as a CNA (shift diff and CNA pay will apply)


* PRN options within our network (if certified)


* Advancement opportunities

Successful candidates will have the following:


* valid driver's license in SC and clean driving record


* CNA license in the state of SC (preferred, but not mandatory)


* ability to maintain licensing/ certification


* experience in LTC/ Post Acute Care
