Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Full Time

Company: Redwood Cove Healthcare Center
Location: Ukiah, CA

Pay range: starting btwn $40-$50/hr

Responsibilities:


* Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.


* Assist residents in performing therapeutic activities and exercises to improve functional abilities.


* Provide guidance and education to residents and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment.


* Document progress and maintain accurate records of treatment sessions.


* Communicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.

Requirements:


* Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).


* Valid licensure to practice as a COTA in the state of California.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
