Santa Rosa Post Acute is seeking a DSD to join it's team!

The Director of Staff Development (DSD) is responsible to plan and implement facility orientation, job skills training, InService education and a Certification Training Program (if applicable) for the nursing assistants as required by regulations.

Work with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Administrator to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

The DSD also provides direct resident/patient care
