Administrative Operations Assistant, Pharmacy Services - part time

Work Schedule :

50%, day shift.

20 hours per week with days and shift length to be determined.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant to:


* Coordinate administrative aspects of a department, unit, project or area, including preparation of reports, researching issues and assistance in updating policies, procedures, manuals, and administrative tools.


* Organize and lead new employee onboarding.


* Collaborate with department leadership on maintenance of agendas, taking meeting minutes and communicating with the entire pharmacy team.


* Act as a resource, respond to questions and provide support to department staff as it relates to payroll, time-off, policies, procedures, education and scheduling.

Education :

Minimum - High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred - Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field.

Work Experience :

Minimum - One year of experience in an administrative support role.

Preferred - Three years of experience in an administrative support function.

Previous experience in a health care setting.
