Work Schedule :

50% FTE, day/evening shift.

Rotating shifts Monday through Friday with weekends included.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Bring your knowledge and expertise to our team by assisting in the Radiology Reading room!

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to:


* Assist the Radiology department with administrative duties.


* Work closely with Radiologists in the reading rooms to streamline workflow to reduce disruptions during interpretations for exams.


* Answer pages, phone calls, take messages and respond accordingly on behalf of the Radiologist.

Qualifications



* High School Diploma or equivalent Required


* Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field Preferred

Work Experience



* 1 year of experience in an administrative support role Required


* 3 years of experience in an administrative support function Preferred


* Previous experience in a health care setting Preferred
