HIM Coordinator

Work Schedule :

This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position.

Shifts will be schedule Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

This is a remote position for WI and IL residents.

We are seeking an HIM Coordinator to:


* Conducting daily reporting and scheduling duties to ensure smooth operations.


* Managing staff shifts to adapt to fluctuating volumes and optimize efficiency.


* Implementing workflow enhancements to streamline processes and improve productivity.


* Providing valuable support for various projects and testing initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications



* High School Diploma or equivalent Required


* Associate's Degree in a healthcare related field Preferred

Work Experience



* 2 years relevant experience in healthcare related field Required


* 2 years or more years lead level or trainer experience Preferred


* Extensive experience in PC Software including e-mail, word processing, database and spreadsheet programs

Licenses & Certifications



* Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) Preferred or


* Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) Preferred
