Role Description
As the Senior Product Delivery Associate with technical business analyst & support Specialist experience, your mission is to help enable our team to build and lead Application Catalog operations.
You will interact with process owners, engineering partners, and control owners to analyze, understand, document, and interpret complex processes and related production issues, and write/update operational procedures.
The Application Catalog product under the J.P.
Morgan Chase Infrastructure Platforms enables robust Application Catalog management that is consistent, mature, repeatable, and well-supported.
Your primary responsibilities include critical thinking, problem-solving, responsiveness to end users, and achieving strong net promoter scores.
Key objectives for this effort are:
* Establish and execute a consistent support framework for application catalog management from registration to decommission.
* Streamline processes and provide best-in-class service.
This position is responsible for setting up the operate team for Application Catalog management, being a subject matter expert who can grow into a broader scope over time based on business impact.
Job Responsibilities
* Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting, thinking beyond routine approaches to build solutions or solve technical problems.
* Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems.
* Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, ensuring design constraints are met by software code development.
* Participate in the full story life cycle, including estimation, test plan execution, and software quality needs.
* Write and execute test plans, design and develop test tools, debug and report code bugs, and push quality upstream.
* Work effectively with teams and stakeholders to develop relationships and achieve common goals.
* Demonstrate proficiency in a business function and understand the broader business context.
* Understand Product Functional knowledge and advise the team on Functional Impacts.
* Develop and maintain automated scripts and manual regression test plans for various interfaces, adhering to coding standards.
