Flow Controller

Description:

Manage proper inventory to support sales and improve OTDS in a sustained way.

Place replenishment order in a smooth way to leverage supplier capacity

Manage both OG and IG import suppliers, improve ESSR/ISSR constantly

This position is in charge of the export transportation of Trading business, include: components flow, Brand Labeling flow & ITB flow.

Setup the smooth communication channel with forwarder and IG/OG suppliers to minimize the impact of transportation delay.

Optimize the operation flow to increase the team's working efficiency and improve the customer satisfaction.


* Handle daily operation of export business :loading factor, invoice, air-sea ratio, rebalance and etc.


* Optimize export flow, define more clear & efficient process of different flow.


* Optimize supplier's packages according to customer's requests.


* Manage forwarder's performance, regular review meeting is required Implement global rules to daily operation.

* Satisfaction of IG customers


* Daily shipments management - implement the central management methodology for Shipment dispatch, carrier assignment.


* Responsible for metrics and cost control of freight for both domestic and international for road, air, ocean and express.


* Work with Purchasing team on better rates structure and vendor evaluation process


* Transportation vendor management on daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis for both international and domestics


* Work with warehouse operation team to optimize the operation from transportation aspect
