QUALIFICATIONS

All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently.

LEVEL OF EDUCATION

Minimum: Associates Degree or equivalent years of applicable experience

Preferred: Healthcare or business related Bachelor's Degree

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Minimum: Valid class "C" California Driver's License and verification of acceptable driving record from the California Department of Motor Vehicles.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum: Advanced skills with MS Windows environment; MS Word and MS Excel; Operational knowledge of data entry and databases.

Preferred: Knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and equipment.

YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimum: 2 years of laboratory experience in a Hospital Outreach Lab Program, healthcare sales or commercial laboratory service.

Preferred: 2 years of direct laboratory service/sales experience in a Hospital Outreach Lab Program, healthcare sales or commercial laboratory service.

New Hires and Transfers: Only candidates with this applicable experience will have years of experience counted towards this position.
