* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or a related field) or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estimating or a similar role within a manufacturing or engineering job shop environment.
* Proficiency in estimating software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with CAD software is a plus.
* Strong analytical and mathematical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and technical specifications.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail in estimating and documentation.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
