Your Next Career Opportunity – Business Systems Analyst I

This position serves as a liaison between the business and IT to provide technical and business solutions that meet user needs.

What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities


* Act as a liaison between IT teams and business teams.


* Works directly with team members to understand the individual needs of the business.


* Gathers, collects and interprets data and information to create functional and technical requirements for systems such as Microsoft Dynamics GP, CRM, and other internally developed applications.


* Use various data analysis and organization tools to discover the most impactful insights.


* Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement.


* Writes clear and well-structured business requirements, workflow diagrams, and wireframe designs to be provided to the development teams.


* Define reporting and alerting requirements.


* Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.

Gain a strong understanding of the IT organization’s systems and capabilities.


* Collaborate with IT project leads on strategic roadmap planning and prioritization.


* Familiar with application development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.


* Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.


* Assist QA testing when needed.


* Provide weekly status reports to the leadership team.


* Ensures Sarbanes Oxley compliance on all initiatives.


* Maintains sign-off documentation and other SDLC methodology documentation as required.


* Other projects and duties as assigned.
