In this 12 months eCommerce internship, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in areas such as product listing optimization, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.

You will also have the chance to learn about the latest trends and best practices in ecommerce and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

You will also:


* Support KC’s eCommerce Strategy in Pure Players, Brick and Clicks and Marketplaces


* Assist with product listing optimization: Help optimize product listings on various ecommerce platforms, including Pure Players, Marketplaces, and Brick and Clicks, to improve visibility and drive sales, product content creation, marketing content and SEO.


* Provide regular report & updates on suggested actions and action implementations


* Ensure aligned approach with eCommerce Marketing and wider eCommerce team (Finance, Category Manager)


* Work cross functionally with key supporting functions (Local Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance and Sales)


* Support inventory management: Assist with inventory management tasks, such as monitoring stock levels, updating product availability, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.


* Conduct market research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.


* Analyze data and generate reports: Analyze ecommerce data to identify trends, track performance, and generate reports to inform decision-making.


* Contribute to ecommerce strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of ecommerce strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives.

This is a 6+6 months full-time, hybrid internship (2 days per week at the office in Madrid),
