We are recruiting an Associate Internal Auditor to join our global Internal Audit Department.

The Associate Auditor role is expected to perform a full range of audits and investigations, including financial, SOX compliance and operational audits of Kimberly-Clark Corporation.

Role Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

This dynamic position requires working with personnel across all functions of Kimberly-Clark and at all levels of responsibility.

As an Associate Internal Auditor, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers helping our stakeholders solve their complex financial control issues from strategy to execution.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Executes audit activities and project roles under direction of lead auditors.


* Exercises initiative and judgment in executing audit procedures


* Contributes to risk assessments with supervision / guidance


* Demonstrates basic project management skills regarding engagement notification, task assignments and monitoring, interim performance evaluation, and time management


* Recognizes issues, problems or opportunities and determines whether action is needed


* Provides clear, sufficient and well-written evidence to support work, issues and recommendations

* Cultivates positive relationships with stakeholders and proactively builds effective working relationships with employees

* Identifies and recommends improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of audit processes such as test approaches and tools to use during the course of testing
