The Opportunity


* Deliver training sessions, workshops, and supporting materials to educate end users on low-code/no-code platforms.


* Provide ongoing support and mentorship to Citizen Developer program participants and alumni, helping them to overcome technical challenges and enhance their skills.


* Encourage Citizen Developer cohorts to share knowledge with each other.


* Develop a knowledge base and community of practice to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration among Citizen Developers.


* Advise on best practices and be an expert in troubleshooting.


* Actively identify potential Citizen Developers.


* Advise Digital Adoption and Enablement Manager on educational offerings (such as curriculum and pre-requisite), program goals, metrics, and KPIs.


* Foster a collaborative and innovative environment where employees feel empowered to participate in the program.


* Exhibit advanced skillset in using MS Power Automate to create complex flows.


* Develop advanced skillset in new and emerging low code and no code automation tools that could benefit Vituity.


* Research and stay informed on industry best practices for Citizen Developer programming & automation tools.


* Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and new programming.


* Liaise with the Product Management team, particularly in the ideation phase of new projects to identify those requests which could be resolved with automation.


* Establish governance frameworks and best practices to ensure the quality and security of citizen-developed workflows and bots.


* Engage Information Security team when necessary.


* Monitor and enforce compliance with Vituity regulations, standards, and policies.
