Senior Integration Engineer

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Support wafer process development in collaboration with design and process engineering teams

Identify needs for new process technology and develop them thru collaboration with process owners

Define layout rules for new product platforms and develop mask designs for new products

Participating in establishing fab processing requirement for new products

Collaborate with logistics, quality, and other functional teams to setup, qualify, and release new products

Assist process and yield engineering teams by providing technical support for yield improvement

Support quality team with root cause analysis

Identify opportunities for improvement in the organization, scope as projects and drive to comp

letion

Routinely report technical results to external customers

Education & Experience

Masters or PhD in electrical engineering, physics, material science or equivalent knowledge/experience

10+ years professional experience

Skills

Proficiency with statistical process control, design of experiments, and data base query

Understanding of device physics and the impact of process parameters on performance

Experience performing development in a manufacturing environment

Self-motivated, driven individual with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast pace environment

Ability to communicate results in a clear, concise, and well-organized manner

Working Conditions

Flexibility to support a 24/7 hour manufacturing site

Normal office environment

Clean room environment

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift/push/pull up to 30 lbs.

Ability to adorn clean room environment.

Ability to sit/stand for up to 4 hours at a time.
