Senior UX Researcher, Org Strategy

Korn Ferry is looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join our rapidly growing product organization and lead UX research initiatives for some of our core products.

Our UX researchers are involved early in the product development process-partnering with Product Managers, Designers, and other key roles while interacting directly with stakeholders, customers, and users to ensure insights are shared early to strategically guide the overall product and user experience direction from the very beginning.
