The Vice President of Technical Operations will play a crucial role in leading and managing the operations of DevOps, Production Operations, Release Management, and Quality Assurance.

This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of digital products and services, ensuring high availability, scalability, and quality in a fully remote environment.

Reporting into the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), the VP of Technical Operations will work closely with cross-functional teams across the US and India, driving operational excellence and ensuring the successful delivery of digital products and services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership & Strategy:


* Develop and execute the strategy for DevOps, Production Operations, Release Management, and Quality Assurance in line with the company's digital goals.


* Lead, mentor, and manage a geographically distributed team across the US and India, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.


* Collaborate with senior leadership, engineering, and product teams to align operational initiatives with business objectives.


* Ensure operational readiness for product launches and service releases, maintaining high availability and reliability of platforms.

DevOps & Production Operations:


* Drive automation and efficiency in the deployment pipeline, ensuring rapid and reliable delivery of code into production.


* Oversee the production environment, ensuring uptime, performance, and rapid incident response.


* Lead the implementation of infrastructure-as-code and cloud-native technologies to optimize resource utilization.


* Ensure that monitoring, alerting, and logging are in place to provide visibility into system health.
