Responsibilities:


* Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.


* Provide basic nursing care under the direction of the nursing staff.


* Ensure resident comfort and safety during the overnight hours.


* Monitor and report any changes in resident health and behavior to the nursing team.


* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the resident rooms and facility.

Qualifications:


* Current CNA certification in the state of California.


* Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred but not required.


* Strong communication and teamwork skills.


* Compassionate and empathetic with a desire to help others.


* Ability to work NOC shifts.
