At Crowne Plaza Sydney Darling Harbour, we’re looking for a motivated Food & Beverage Team Leader to drive our restaurant, bar, room service, and banquet operations.

What You'll Do:


* Lead and manage daily food & beverage operations across all outlets.


* Mentor and develop your team to deliver top-notch service.


* Ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction at all times.


* Control stock and manage inventory efficiently.


* Support local food and beverage marketing initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:


* Minimum 6 months of experience in a Food & Beverage leadership role.


* Ideally, experience working in Breakfast or Events.


* A passion for service and team development.


* Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.


* Valid NSW RSA Competency card.
