JOB SUMMARY

This position will lead the development and implementation of a new research facility dedicated to understanding the response of steel line pipe and oil country tubular good (OCTG) products to alternative energy environments, including high pressure hydrogen (H2) and carbon dioxide (CO2).

The position will also oversee the research technologist(s) conducting tests in these specialized environments and analyze/report test results to various stakeholders.

Accordingly, successful candidates must have experience establishing laboratory testing capabilities and must be familiar with the challenges of high pressure H2 and CO2.

This position is critical to our future success, as we look to develop, qualify, and supply products suited for a rapidly expanding alternative energy market.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
