As a Data Owner Senior Associate within the Operations Data Ownership team at JPMorgan, you will be a key player in accelerating data product development and management, aligning to business and product objectives, and improving the Chase customer experience.

You will create plans for the development and delivery of product data, work closely with key partners, and lead the publishing of voice data to the Data Lake.

Your role will also involve managing the execution of tasks to comply with firm-wide policies related to data integrity and protection.

Job Responsibilities -


* Create plans for the development and delivery of product data to support strategic business objectives, business operations, advanced analytics, and metrics and reporting.


* Work with key partners to drive an understanding of the data and its use within the business.

Provide subject matter expertise with respect to the content and use of data in the product and associated business area.


* Identify the scope of critical data within their product, ensuring that the prioritized data is well-documented as to its meaning and purpose, and classified accordingly with metadata to enable its understanding and control.


* Lead publishing of voice data to the Data Lake and strategize towards that goal.


* Support the aligned Data & Analytics lead for their product by identifying data required to be integrated into analytics platforms to support analytics projects.


* Work closely with the Area Product Owners to scale the data ingestion and modernization process along with architecture and movement of data to the Data Lake.


* Aid in creating end to end data flows by analyzing business processes for every Machine Learning use-case.


* Develop processes and procedures to identify, monitor, and mitigate data risks for data in the product, including risks related to data protection, data retention and destruction, data storage, data use, and data quality.


* Manage the execution of tasks to comply with firm wide policies, standards, and procedures related to the integrity and protection of data in the product.


* Develop relationships with product data delivery partners and data consumers, including leaders in the Business, Technology, Analytics, Operations, Risk and Control functions.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills -


* 6+ years of industry experience in a data-related field.


* 5+ years of experience within technology engineering, AWS, cloud modernization as it relates to data analytics.


* Subject matter expertise in business or product data or processes including Product Management Leadership discipline.


* Understanding of Agile technological development methodology.
