A little taste of your day-to-day

Effectively support the manager in the outlet by ensuring the following:


* Oversee the implementation of standards as detailed in the departmental standards and procedures manual.


* Adhere to opening and closing procedures.


* Follow bill-paying procedures.


* Conduct effective shift briefings, ensuring all staff are aware of VIPs, special occasions, daily specials, and are focused on upselling certain products.


* Personally greet and bid farewell to a minimum of 80% of your customers.


* Encourage and motivate staff to provide optimum service during all shifts.


* Share guest recommendations and comments with the Chef and Food & Beverage Manager to reflect the current customer profile.


* Assist in developing and implementing the Promotions Calendar for F&B products in the restaurant.


* Assist in managing special event concepts.


* Anticipate market changes and review operations as necessary.


* Create positive publicity opportunities.


* Manage and effectively utilize the customer database.


* Oversee performance management.


* Promote and up-sell property facilities.


* Actively pursue cost-saving measures.


* Recycle wherever possible.
