* High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.


* 2 years work experience or 6 months manufacturing experience post high school.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:


* 3 years' experience working in an engineering or manufacturing environment


* Injection molding experience


* Problem solving abilities


* Comfortable using various basic windows based software, such as excel and word.


* Exceptional attention to detail


* Able to work in a team environment


* Self-starter, needing little supervision.


* Strong math/mechanical aptitude.


* Strong work ethic.


* Flexibility and open-mindedness a must, in order to work in a non-standard/specialty work environment.

Basic Qualifications:
