Associate, Delivery Operations

ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM:

US Order to cash team, reporting directly to the O2C Senior Manager, is responsible for the operational QTC process, overseeing the contract management from activation until billing.

With a focus in controlling the end to end process to make sure that there are no discrepancies when contracts are invoiced and that the client policies are followed accordingly.

A team that supports sales in the accuracy of opportunity/contract data and problem resolution, CRM management, etc.

You will be dedicated to working with our Local Sales team managing and executing specific program processes, supporting several systems and other behind the scenes sales needs.

You will support business rules enforcement, user engagement as it pertains to system utilization and sales business processes.

The most successful team members are able to pivot quickly, adapt to change, manage a varying workload and prioritize their daily responsibilities ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:



* You will review sales quotes and contracts to ensure accuracy, make approval exceptions, provide sales support to sales team members by answering questions related to business rules and processes, and oversee the team's compliance with contracts and other internal processes.


* You will handle pre-sale and post-sale support requests from the Local US Sales Team (including contract entry assistance, relocating BPs, contract cancellations, contract error assistance, inventory management, etc.)


* You will support and enforce the implementation of business rules.


* You will manage contract cancellation approvals.


* You will assist with new product implementations, system integrations and other projects/duties, as needed


* You will work cross departmentally to support business processes and Local Revenue Team


* You will improve processes to drive efficiency and productivity.


* You will operate across multiple systems and become an expert in the back end workings of contract management.


* You will maintain sufficient product knowledge across all TKWW properties to provide accurate solutions and an effortless support experience by utilizing internal resources to stay up to date with the inner workings of the business.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:



* Experience in a sales support or customer service role and demonstrated experience with a CRM platform.
