JOB SUMMARY

* Organizational function which integrates people, place and process within the built environment with the purpose of improving the quality of life of people and the productivity of the core business


* Facilities Engineer is required to Optimal Building and Service Management Operation and Control.

Includes but not limited to Quality and Safety Compliance, Cost Control and People Leadership Development.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:


* Responsible for supervising maintenance facility technicians and their training needs


* Responsible for scheduling and coordinating all maintenance for facilities.


* Assure outside contractors for building systems, i.e.

HVAC, Plumbing, etc.

are available and are aware of EES requirements.


* Responsible for following and enforcing J&J and Mexican Government safety policies, rules and regulations.


* Manage facilities-maintenance budget and maintains inventory of spare parts cleaning supplies and contract services.


* Responsible for maintaining certain activities, such as pest control, environment control, housekeeping, HVAC continuous operation, for the manufacturing of medical devices.


* Follow all company safety policies and other safety precautions within the work area.
