Client Account Support Senior Analyst, Hybrid, Express Scripts

The MyMatrixx Client Account Support Analyst will provide client facing support to the Account team of their assigned Coalition(s)/Clients.

Key responsibilities include responding to inquiries, solving problems, preparing non-standard reporting, submitting client access requests, and assist with benefit set up and project support.

In order to function effectively in the model, the CASA must collaborate with the Account Manager, Account Executive, and Clinical Account Executive to successfully service the entire Book of Business.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS


* Responds to moderately complex inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring client satisfaction with products and service.


* Coordinates with account manager to ensure needs are met and potential problems are averted.


* Completes day-to-day Client Account Support tasks without immediate supervision, but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members.


* Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues.


* Resolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members.


* Assist with both standard and non-standard reporting/analytics as needed.


* Handle Billing and Rebates research.


* Assist with implementation and setup of ESI products and programs.


* Work on Ad-hoc Projects as needed.

Qualifications


* Associate's degree or 1-3 years of experience.


* Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office products, e-mail and the Internet.


* Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.


* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.


* Responsiveness, relationship building and accountability


* Demonstrated ability managing projects, utilizing proven project management processes.


* Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency.
