Software Engineer Co-Op (January 2025)

Schneider Electric has a new opportunity for a Software Engineer Co-Op to join our team based in Foxboro, MA.We are seeking a motivated co-op engineer to join our team and contribute to our AI and ChatGPT projects.

As a co-op engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with large language models (LLMs) and implement ChatGPT for various applications.

Proficiency in Python is essential for this role, as you will be involved in developing and implementing AI algorithms and models.

Key Responsibilities:


* Collaborate with the AI team to develop and deploy machine learning models.


* Implement and optimize large language models (LLMs) for specific use cases.


* Integrate ChatGPT into various systems and applications.


* Utilize Python for AI algorithm development and implementation.


* Contribute to the development of web applications using React JS, Angular, and HTML


* Work with web technologies to enhance user experience and interface design.

Skills and Qualifications:


* Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related degree preferred, but candidates with a Bachelor's degree are also welcome to apply.


* Experience and Proficiency in Python programming language.


* Familiarity with AI concepts and machine learning algorithms


* Experience in developing cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure services, with a focus on AI and machine learning preferred.


* Knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and their applications


* Experience with ChatGPT or similar conversational AI platforms.


* Experience in o web technologies including JavaScript, React JS, Angular, and HTML


* Experience in training and fine-tuning language models on large datasets.


* Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and techniques.


* Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
